Skiing
Littleton is the perfect headquarters to enjoy the finest skiing New Hampshire has to offer. It is centrally located with an easy drive to the following ski areas:
Bretton Woods
(20 Minutes) Service at this mountain is tops. We recommend for beginners and intermediate alpine skiing.
GREAT Cross Country.
Cannon Mountain
(15 Minutes) This mountain is run by the state of NH, and is called the "skier's mountain" by the locals. If you need a challenge this mountain will do it.
Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain
(30 to 45 minutes) These are great mountains if you love being around lots of people. Most people who ski these mountains seem to like the "apres ski" thing. But again the skiing is great.
Attitash
(45 minutes) A great small mountain set very close to a shopping outlet Mecca.
Burke Mountain (VT)
(45 minutes) This is a great unknown mountain that some of our skiers love. As long as mother nature is generous with her snow this mountain is a great "find". No crowds.
